STUDIO POLICY

*Please read ALL information and studio policies before booking your appointment.

Your Deposit goes towards the total Booking.
Consultations are done at the same time as the scheduled appointment. We make sure to book extra time to go over all of your options and we will work with you to choose the best option of permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo for your skin type and goals.
During your brow consultation, we will map, and design your brow fully to your approval before any pigment is placed into the skin. We aim to create the most natural-looking brow possible, and we will always incorporate any of your existing brow hairs. Please wear your eyebrows the way you normally like to wear them to the appointment so we can see what you are comfortable with. If you are nervous or have any questions please reach out to us through email.

We aim to create the most natural-looking permanent makeup, we do not offer fad brows or unnatural colours for any service, i.e. no blue eyeliner or bright red, jet black, blue or unnatural-coloured eyebrows. If you have a request that you think may seem unusual don't hesitate to get in touch with us before booking.

Please contact us for corrections before booking as removal may be needed before the procedure can begin, please send clear photos of brows in good lighting.

Permanent makeup may not be performed on broken or unhealthy skin.
If you have had previous permanent makeup or cosmetic tattooing from a different artist, and are looking for a touchup, refresher or colour boost it is considered a NEW procedure.
We do not "touch up" other artists' work.
All Refresher/Boost appointments must be booked within 2 to 3 years of your initial appointment, after that it is considered a new cosmetic tattoo.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment. Do not show up later than 15 minutes, doing so may result in your appointment being cancelled.

We do not work on pregnant ladies.
You must be over the age of 18 for any cosmetic tattooing procedure, even with parental consent.
Prices shown do not include a 5% tax.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
There will be no refunds given for any service upon completion.
To avoid disappointment please book any touchup appointment in advance.
Touchups are NOT included.
Once you have booked your first appointment please book your touch-up for 6-8 weeks, for safety you can NOT come prior to 6 weeks under any circumstance.
DO NOT BOOK if: You are under the age of 18, pregnant or nursing, diabetic or taking blood thinning medications unless you have been cleared by a physician, had Botox treatments 3-4 weeks prior to treatment, have skin sensitivities/issues around the the area (ex. Brows - eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis), going on a sunny vacation within 3 weeks after your desired appointment. Please Avoid caffeine beverages and alcohol on the day of the procedure.

We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). As part of this commitment, our privacy policy governs our actions as they relate to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information. The Personal Information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you in person, over the telephone or by corresponding with you via mail, facsimile, or the Internet.

Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Personal Information will only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it or as may be required by law.

Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.
